This high quality Oak Grigsby 4 way switch is a great upgrade for your Tele.  With the switch in position 4 both pickups are put in series which gets you a louder, fatter tone from your Tele.  You still get your normal 2 pickup Tele sound in position 2, and the look of your guitar is not changed.   A wiring diagram and step by step installation instructions with photos is included.
