This high quality wiring kit is for a Fender Precision Bass or similar model with 1 volume, 1 tone control. This kit replaces the tone control with a more useful 6 position Tone Switch. Each position has a unique sound. One of the positions is complete bypass for a wide open bright tone for your bass. Other settings are deep bass, enhanced midrange and bright tones.

Kit includes:
- 1 CTS 250K pots for volume and tone - Same brand as used in Fender American series
- 1 6 position switch
- 5 capacitors of varying values for the tone switch
- 1 Switchcraft 1/4" jack - Built to last.
- 1 foot white wire
- 2 feet black wire
- Wiring diagram and instructions for wiring the tone switch - Easy to read illustration as opposed to schematic diagram
Please Note: The controls included with this kit require knobs that fit a 1/4" shaft. Knobs are available for an additional charge. We stock black and chrome metal dome knobs at $5.00 each. Black "Chicken Head" pointer knobs for the tone switch are $2.50 each.
