Wiring Kit - Strat with Push-Pull Switch
Upgrade your Strat or similar model with this high quality wiring kit. The kit contains high quality parts including a push pull pot that can be used in place of one of your volume or tone pots.
One of the most common uses of this is the popular 7 Sound Strat Mod. You can use the push pull switch to turn on the neck pickup no matter where the pickup selector switch is.
When the switch is activated you can get these 2 additional pickup combinations:
- Pickup switch in position 1 - Bridge and neck pickups together (Great Tele Tone)
- Pickup Selector in position 2 - All 3 pickups together (Unique tone not available on stock Strats)
Other possibilities for the push pull include
- Coil Tap for humbucking pickup (4 wire pickup required)
- Series/Parallel pickup wiring
- Phase Switching

Kit includes:
- 2 CTS 250K pots for volume and tone - Same brand as used in Fender American series
- 1 250K pot with with built in push pull DPDT switch
- 1 .047uF Orange Drop capacitor from Vishay/Sprague 400v 225 series - "Known for Tone"
- 1 CRL 5 way switch - Same brand as used in Fender American series
- 1 Switchcraft 1/4" jack - Built to last.
- 1 foot white wire
- 2 feet black wire
